		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, no. I have some experience with this. THEY need to be the ones to initiate the number change with the carrier. If you go to a store to change the number, what happens is that the new number doesn't get marked as a Letstalk-acquired order. LetsTalk,  like Wirefly and all the other indirect dealers, get paid on commission. You drop the phone number they assigned to you = they don't get credit for the sale. And they just sent you a brand new phone for less than their cost. Bad for them.&lt;/p&gt;
