Include Both Numbers and Letters
If you register the [Farmers Insurance][] website, be sure to pay attention to the following guidelines when selecting your username: * Must be between 6 and 16 characters long * It may be any arrangement of letters and numbers but it must include at least one letter and one number
Why in the world would a username be required to contain numbers?

Save on Gas
Yesterday the Indy Star posted a question on their website: What are you doing to save on gas?
I think poster Wally summed it up best: I go real slow in the left-hand lane. not only do I save gas, but all the other commuters behind me do also.

Makers Mark Madness
Maker’s Mark is sponsoring a NCAA bracket competition for all of their Ambassadors. Some Ambassadors are more equal than others though:
One Grand Prize will be awarded to the winner of the Full Bracket contest consisting of two tickets to Kentucky to attend the Thoroughbred & Redheads weekend in the spring of 2007, including airfare and lodging (ARV $3,000). Due to state regulations, if winner is from CA then prize will be substituted by a shotglass.
What kind of regulations are they?

QotD: TrackBacks Dead?
Question: Kasia is asking whether TrackBacks are dead or not, so I’m asking you too: are they?
Since I only know of one package that integrates them, probably. Maybe they should have come up with a better name for them. One that better explains what they are and why you would want them. I don’t have an incredible problem with spammers, but this site isn’t that popular either.

Old Cameras Found with Unprocessed Film
Sensible Erection posted a link to a site that publishes pictures which were recently developed, but originally exposed many years ago and forgotten.
The pages below show prints I made from processing film I found in old cameras. In many cases the exposed films were over fifty years old. You are seeing them for the first time as they were lost by the photographers that took these images.
It is a very interesting experience looking at the old photographs. An amateur look at a time gone by.

Google Makes Me Hungry
I was doing a web search to find out more information on “Los Souvenir Jaquitos“. Google asked me if I wanted some taquitos.
Not quite what I had in mind, but thanks for the suggestion.
Congratulations, you got 10/10 correct!
