It is at this point in the process when I wonder if enemas wouldn’t be more effective and easier. I still couldn’t eat anything in the 8 hours before the appointment. But maybe if I could just show up and then they could do everything else right then and there, this whole procedure would be a lot less unpleasant.
Or maybe it is just unpleasant no matter how it exits.
