What do you call a computer program that:
* takes up 100% of your CPU
* installs random bits of code you didn’t ask for
* reboots your computer randomly
* you can’t turn off
* you can’t kill

I call it bad, the IT department calls it “support”. (Apparently there was a problem with a recent patch they were pushing down to all computers though [LANDesk][]’s ldiscn32.exe which caused it to use all CPU resources and keep coming back after it was killed or even rebooting! Perhaps it will be fixed today.)
