Moo! The Musings of a Plaid Cow

When we went to [Pigeon Forge, TN][2] this past fall (for a much needed vacation), we happened across the [Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant][0]. Most of the food was “OK” except for the items involving apples, which were all great. (Smilg’s Law of Ordering comes through again.) Especially good was this recipe for an [Applewood Julep][1], which they included with every purchase and printed the recipe on every receipt:

**Applewood Julep**

1 qt. apple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mix and serve over ice. Serves six.
